Fashion Perfection: Gwyneth Paltrow graces Feb/2015 cover of Marie Claire in Mugler designed by David Korma
SS 2015 fashion trend watchers TAKE NOTE:
The minimalist moment is here to stay. The garments that Gwyneth Paltrow is wearing in this image for her cover shoot in Marie Claire magazine (North American edition) are both designed by David Korma. David Korma took over the design helm at the House of Mugler from Nicola Formichetti . Formichetti left Mugler to be the artistic director at Diesel and was officially replaced by Korma January 2014. Nicola Formichetti is best know for his work styling Lady Gaga.

The staff at METRO LIVING ZINE asserts that the David Korma skirt for the house of Mugler that Gweneth Paltrow is pictured in has been artistically influenced by the pink skirt pictured here that graced the Dior runway SS 2014. Both pink skirts feature a unique cutout detail on the hipbone. This is a fashion trend we like and believe will be here to stay for a while. We also suspect that this fashion trend will hit the mainstream over the next 24 months.
