Here is how you can drop water (up to 5 pounds) in 5 days. This is what bodybuilders and supermodels do before a big event to highlight muscle definition.


1) Limit salt, no soy sauce!

2) Do at least 40 min of intense cardio everyday for 5 days.

3) Eat nothing but HIGH FIBER veggies and protein for 5 days (no potatoes or yams).

4) Increase your potassium intake with (pineapple, bananas and yogurt) which also work as a natural diuretic.
