About Dervish Dubai

Mostafa and Saeedeh Keshvari are co-founders of Dervish Dubai, which integrates both fashion and spirituality. Dervish Dubai is originally based and made in Dubai. Saeedeh is an architecture graduate from AUI Art University of London and currently resides in Dubai. She has mixed cultural architecture with fashion to bring sophistication to her designs. Mostafa is a Persian/Canadian artist, currently residing in Vancouver and previously in Dubai. Mostafa has been creating spiritual art in different continents as a designer and a filmmaker. Mostafa’s visual background in filmmaking, along with a financial background in banking, has helped him to be the first designer to promote Dubai fashion in Canada. Dervish Dubai is a combination of Dubai luxury along with wisdom of the Middle east.

Rachel Robinson –Jewelry Designer

Each piece of Rachel Robinson’s jewelry represents a unique and one of a kind, hand crafted masterpiece lovingly designed and created by the Artist herself. Rachel finds her inspiration in the jewelry of the old masters and the classic elements of each bygone era, creating individual mini collections as a onetime celebration of each period’s magnificence.  Rachel’s visually stunning and technically classical designs harken from Rachel’s childhood spent learning all aspects of jewelry making and gold-smithing craft in Amsterdam, and years apprenticed with a Master Goldsmith and classic jewelry designer.  Raised in the heart of the world’s Diamond and Gold trading center, Rachel brings years of European training and experience to create original avant-garde mini collections paying homage to lovers of timeless design and tremendous craftsmanship. Each piece is lovingly & painstakingly designed and crafted by hand by Rachel herself from only the finest hand cut colored precious and semi- precious Gemstones (Rubies, Emeralds, and Sapphires etc.) utilizing high quality 14K Gold fill materials and sometimes elements of actual antique gold pieces. Rachel incorporates her unique old world skills, classic vision and artistry into each hand crafted art piece that can be seen as a combination between jewelry and art. Rachel’s current collections are the result of three years of travel examining museum pieces worldwide and reflection on incorporating their elements into her 2nd Renaissance Collection. Rachel has years of study in Fine Arts and Classic literature, is a dedicated yoga practitioner, a classical flutist, a copious reader of culturally rich literature and when not travelling the world, resides in the area of Vancouver, Canada.
